No. We are Republicans who are active in our local Republican Party and we encourage everyone to be actively involved in the Republican Party.
We exist to help find real Republicans to run for office. We do this through the creation of a vetting committee and an endorsement process. We take the process of vetting very seriously. There are too many "Republicans in name only" running for office. Our job is to filter out the good from the bad and let the public know who they are.
The Republican Party exists to get as many people to vote Republican as they can and they do not care about much else. They care about quantity. We care about quality. No process exists to evaluate candidates who run as Republicans. We function as a 3rd party reviewer of candidates. We put together a questionnaire and a 9 panel interview process. We run background checks and we get deep into the lives of candidates to make sure they are who they say they are; True Republicans!
